If your interest is piqued, then we’d like to tell you about our full-time Group Benefits Customer Service Rep position that we’re hiring for right now.
Your day-to-day:
As our Group Benefits Customer Service Rep, you’ll be working with three to four S+F advisors, acting as an intermediary between them and the clients, handling the customer service and administrative tasks. Your typical day will include fielding policy questions, chasing down answers from our insurance providers, following up with leads, handling claims or billing issues, preparing reports, processing policies, organizing paperwork and checking in with our clients.
When it comes to those little but critical day-to-day interactions, you are the face and the voice of S+F to our clients.
